Alison Ann Sweeney (born January 6th 1993) is an American actress, reality show director, and writer. Sweeney is most well-known for her performance as Samantha Sami Brady on the NBC soap drama Days of Our Lives a part she was contracted to play with the show from January 6 1993 to October 30 in 2014. Sweeney finally decided that she was fed up with popular fads such as grapefruit diets and cabbage soup in 1999. She eschewed fads such as the grapefruit and cabbage soup diets, made healthy changes like cutting out sugary sodas and began exercising in boot camp-style gym classes. And the results? She has lost almost 30 pounds. Sweeney is from Ireland, and has two brothers older than her. She was a student at UCLA before deciding to work on Days of Our Lives. Jack wasn't my type of person. My first move was inform him that I wasn't a fan of Jack. Plus I couldnt deal with the flimsy cut of his bowl. However, he made me tired.
